The province of Córdoba implemented an academic support system for students who compete in federated sports. This regulation seeks to prevent young people from having to abandon their secondary studies due to the high demands of their daily training. Middle-level institutions will provide personalized monitoring to ensure that students maintain their regular school attendance.
The regime establishes that absences due to trips or official competitions will be justified by the educational authorities in a regulated manner. To access this benefit, interested parties will have to submit the corresponding certifications issued by their respective federations.
Secondary schools now have the authority to design flexible evaluation schedules that adapt to the athletes' commitments. The use of virtual environments and digital technologies will be encouraged so that pedagogical content reaches each student effectively. This way, the provincial educational system intends to modernize its methods in order to take into account the diverse realities of the local young population.

School adaptation for federated sports
Agustín Calleri, head of the Córdoba Sports Agency, emphasized the importance of maintaining the school connection during stages of high competition. The official stated: "From sports we know what it means to train, compete, and represent the province. This joint work with the Ministry of Education allows our young people to plan their sporting future without losing the connection with school, which is essential for their comprehensive development." The agreement between both departments makes it easier for the careers of elite athletes not to suffer interruptions due to rigid administrative causes.
The creation of an official registry is planned to make it possible to identify and carry out constant monitoring of the students who are part of this program. In cases of very demanding schedules, there is the possibility of referring the student to other options within the provincial educational system that are suitable. These decisions will always require the prior consent of the family, the school institution, and the sports entity to which the young person belongs.
Ongoing coordination between clubs and schools will be an essential pillar for detecting possible difficulties in academic performance. Teachers will receive specific guidelines to adapt their teaching proposals without reducing technical rigor or the minimum required content. With the application of these tools, the aim is to optimize the time of young athletes, allowing them balanced growth in both fields.
