In Córdoba and throughout the country, labor commitment is improving thanks to the new economic climate.
56% of workers feel motivated and prioritize stability over economic benefits
56% of Argentine workers state that they feel motivated and committed to their jobs. Only 20% admit to lacking motivation or commitment. This figure shows an improvement compared to 2023, reflecting a more stable work environment.
According to the consulting firm Randstad, 42% of employees say they feel more committed than last year. Only 27% reported feeling a decrease in their motivation. This trend is strengthening even in historically critical sectors such as young people.
This change is taking place in a context of greater macroeconomic predictability. Fiscal stability and lower inflation are sending clear signals to the market. Job security is emerging as the main factor of commitment for Argentines.

Recognition, stability, and a new cultural contract
Job security and stability are key for 32% of committed workers. It is the priority over other factors such as salary. Workplace recognition, at 30%, stands out as another key emotional pillar in motivation.
Other elements such as professional development (29%) and reasonable workload (28%) also impact positive perception. The pursuit of balance between personal life and work is a growing and sustained value in this new stage.
This phenomenon can be interpreted as a deep cultural change in the relationship between citizens and work. The end of labor populism is giving way to a model of individual responsibility. Today, predictability is valued above welfare policies.

Commitment is growing even among the youngest
Generation Z is the least committed, but still shows significant improvements. Job security is the main driver for them (33%). Flexible work and opportunities for professional growth follow.
Across all generations, lack of recognition and the search for better salaries stand out as negative factors. However, the weight of these aspects is decreasing in the face of the advance of a more rational work culture.
The report confirms that job commitment doesn't depend exclusively on salary. A stable environment, with clear rules and macroeconomic order, has a greater influence. This is the Milei effect in progress: more merit, less narrative.
