Deputy Belén Avico announced her incorporation into the La Libertad Avanza bloc, in a move that strengthens President Javier Milei's legislative base. The decision was finalized after a meeting with Gabriel Bornoroni and elected deputy Gonzalo Roca, both libertarian leaders in the Lower House.
The transfer was the result of efforts led by Patricia Bullrich, who continues to coordinate the rapprochement between PRO sectors and the ruling party. The Security Minister keeps growing influence and acts as a political link between both groups.
Bornoroni's circle highlighted Avico's incorporation as part of a process to consolidate the ruling bloc.

The photo of Avico with Bornoroni and Roca was shared on social media by La Libertad Avanza's own leaders. The image not only sealed the political agreement but also showed the internal alignment of the group, which continues to advance its goal of increasing parliamentary strength.
The transfer was designed by Bullrich and Bornoroni with direct support from Martín Menem, president of the Chamber of Deputies. According to legislative sources, the strategy aims to strengthen governability and ensure the handling of key Executive projects without relying on fragmented negotiations.
The plan includes adding leaders whose profiles align with Milei's ideology. In this framework, Avico represents a legislator profile with provincial reach and a good relationship with the productive interior, two factors the ruling party seeks to capitalize on.

A Congress beginning to be reshaped
With Avico's incorporation, the La Libertad Avanza bloc reaches 88 deputies, plus provincial allies and PRO affiliates aligned with Bullrich. This number consolidates a stronger majority to advance the economic and institutional reform laws planned by the Government.
The libertarian advance also creates a new balance of power in the Chamber of Deputies. In this regard, several legislators close to PRO are considering similar moves, while governors from the interior are watching the new balance with caution.
Casa Rosada celebrates the bloc's growth as a sign of political support for the economic direction. "Each new member strengthens the transformation project that the people voted for," the group states.
