La Derecha Diario Cordovan sentenced to 433 years in Spain for sexually abusing more than 20 minors
The degenerate contacted them through video game platforms and then offered them money to gain their trust
A man born in Córdoba was sentenced in Spain to 433 years in prison for sexual offenses against at least 25 children. This is Aldo Maximiliano Vannucci, 46 years old, who used the online video game Fortnite to contact minors. Taking advantage of the trust he gained, he offered them virtual gifts in exchange for video calls with sexual content.
Spanish authorities confirmed that the individual stored screenshots of these images in a folder named "angelitos". In several cases, he went so far as to produce material considered child pornography. His modus operandi kept him hidden until 2021, when the parents of a 9-year-old victim filed a complaint.
Vannucci was found guilty of a dozen sexual abuse offenses, seven counts of producing child pornography, and 13 cases of grooming. He was also convicted in a case of raping a 16-year-old girl, the daughter of a friend of his. The ruling also includes the obligation to compensate the victims for a total of 90,000 euros.
Modus operandi and virtual contact with the victims
The events began to be investigated following a report from the Spanish Civil Guard in July 2021. They detected that the man from Córdoba used the game Fortnite to contact boys between 9 and 13 years old. From there, he offered them "V-Bucks," the game's virtual currency, and customization items as a way to gain their trust.
After establishing a connection, Vannucci managed to hold video calls in which he asked the minors to show their genitals. Although it was not disclosed which application he used for these contacts, the images were recorded without consent. The material was later distributed on networks linked to the pedophile circuit.
During a search authorized by the Investigating Court, the police found a folder with identifiable photos and videos of at least 25 victims. Half of them have not yet been formally identified. The search of his home made it possible to establish the full extent of his digital and physical crimes.
