Utah is shaken after the brutal attack on Charlie Kirk, committed by a young man with ideological ties to left-wing extremism
The crime against conservative activist Charlie Kirk shocked the United States. Tyler Robinson, a 22-year-old from Utah, was arrested as the main suspect after murdering the figure close to President Donald Trump at Utah Valley University.
According to Governor Spencer Cox, the ammunition found next to the striker contained hate-filled messages from ANTIFA, a clear sign of the ideology behind the attack.Robinson, who had already described Kirk as "someone full of hate" on social media, prepared for the attack by retrieving the weapon from a "safe place" before acting.

Hate-filled messages from the left
The shell casings found at the scene contained phrases such as "Hey, fascist, catch it!", accompanied by symbols and sequences that, according to experts, refer both to video games and to Antifa symbolism, the violent far-left movement operating in the United States.
Other projectiles included messages with mockery and cultural references typical of digital forums, but always tinged with a radical ideological background. Investigators even found a bullet inscribed with the communist song Bella Ciao, an anthem used by left-wing groups to promote their revolutionary narrative.

Antifa, behind the climate of violence
Far from being a "cultural" movement as some try to present it, Antifa has been known for attacking those who think differently, especially conservative voices. In this case, the ideological inspiration of the murderer seems indisputable, reflected in every message engraved on the ammunition.

After an intense search lasting just 33 hours, Robinson was convinced by a relative to turn himself in to the authorities. He is currently in custody and being interrogated, Governor Cox reported alongside FBI Director Kash Patel.
