This Tuesday, the Justice of Comodoro Rivadavia ordered six months of preventive detention for Ángel's mother, the four-year-old boy who died under circumstances under investigation, and for his partner, both accused of their alleged responsibility in the act.
The decision was taken by Judge Alejandro Solís during the detention control hearing, in which the elements collected so far were evaluated.
