The Minister of Justice replied to this new political maneuver by Kirchnerism to clarify the facts

In recent hours, a false accusation has circulated in various Kirchnerist media outlets and on social networks, alleging that Karina Milei, Secretary General of the Presidency, had supposedly diverted 14 billion pesos (30.86 million pounds) to the Argentine Foundation for the Promotion of Investments and International Trade and had failed to submit the corresponding financial statements.
The false news was promoted by the ultra-Kirchnerist journalist Andrés Lerner, who wrote on his social networks: "We went to verify it, that's how it was. And they diverted more than 14 billion pesos (30.86 million pounds)."
However, in response to these maneuvers, the Minister of Justice, Mariano Cúneo Libarona, confronted this false accusation to clarify the facts and refute the allegations.

On his X account, the official explained that "the 2024 financial statement of the Argentine Foundation for the Promotion of Investments and International Trade, under the responsibility of the Secretary General of the Presidency, was submitted to the General Inspectorate of Justice following the stipulated procedure."
The minister specified that the financial statements are submitted at the reception desk and, subsequently, must be digitized to be uploaded into the system, which creates a time lag that may be misinterpreted by third parties. "For this reason, they do not appear instantly in the system," Cúneo Libarona clarified, noting that this delay doesn't imply any irregularity.

In this regard, the minister reported that "a journalist took advantage of this time lag to launch a malicious operation, without basis and with the sole objective of causing harm. The financial statements are there," reaffirming that all documentation required by the General Inspectorate of Justice is properly submitted and available to the competent authorities.
This type of accusation is frequent in Kirchnerist media, where the circulation of false or out-of-context information generates confusion among the public. The Ministry of Justice recalled that all agencies and foundations linked to the State are subject to periodic controls and audits, and that the submission of financial statements to the IGJ is a legal requirement that is rigorously fulfilled.
