The best bull in the world is from Córdoba, his name is "Morocho" and he was raised in Río Cuarto.
The animal was chosen as the "Best Brangus" and took Argentine genetics to the highest level in the most demanding competitions on the planet, after having stood out at the Palermo Rural Exhibition.
Since then, he has done nothing but prevail in every competition.
"Morocho" was raised at Cabaña La Morocha (belonging to La Sucesión de Ovidio Otero), then he was champion at La Nacional Brangus in Corrientes and he repeated the feat in Palermo.
During this year, the bull was evaluated in four different stages, a South American evaluation and, finally, the major world selection with judges from several countries.
The animal is three years old, weighs 1,000 kilos (2,205 pounds) and is owned by Laboratorios CIALE.
However, as if that were not enough, the second best in the world is also from Córdoba and he is "Mafioso," from Cabaña El Porvenir, owned by Walter Orodá in Quilino.
