Batman: Knightfall has already shown its first official images. The new animated film will adapt one of the most memorable arcs from DC Comics in a trilogy format.
The production was presented during the Annecy International Animation Festival and will arrive later this year from DC, Warner Bros. Animation, and Warner Bros. Home Entertainment.

What the Batman: Knightfall trailer shows
The new trailer anticipates the adaptation of Knightfall, one of the most iconic Batman stories within DC comics.
The plot revolves around Bane, who frees all the villains from Arkham Asylum and pushes the Dark Knight to his physical and mental limits.
The official synopsis of the first installment states: “When the mysterious colossus known only as Bane frees Batman's entire rogues gallery from Arkham Asylum, the Caped Crusader is pushed to his breaking point, both physically and mentally.”
Who is in the voice cast of Batman: Knightfall
The film will feature a cast led by well-known actors from film and television.
Anson Mount will voice Batman/Bruce Wayne.
Michael Mando will voice Bane.
Pablo Schreiber will voice Jean-Paul Valley/Azrael.
