Just over a year after celebrating their wedding with an impressive party in Exaltación de la Cruz, Candelaria Tinelli and Coti Sorokin confirmed their definitive separation to the media. Marcelo Tinelli's daughter broke her silence and revealed that she was the one who decided to put an end to the relationship.
Cande attended her father's birthday and, when approached by a reporter from Los Profesionales de Siempre (elnueve), she was clear about the divorce process: "Mine is still the same. There's a divorce in progress", the businesswoman assured.

When asked if she was the one who initiated the legal separation, the influencer replied bluntly: "I asked for it. It wasn't mutual as it was said. Besides, he's not here and wanted to do things express. That's how it happened."
The couple had gone through several crises throughout their four years together, and although they tried to mend the relationship, the story ended with a divorce that, according to the model's words, was unilateral.
The breakup was not a surprise to the couple's close circle. On LAM (América TV), Ángel de Brito was the first to confirm the news and, in that context, panelist Pepe Ochoa revealed one of the possible reasons that led Cande to make the decision.
"She couldn't stand his attitudes. He was controlling, very jealous, and she didn't want to be in such a toxic relationship", Ochoa explained, implying that the bond had become unsustainable for the host's daughter.
These attitudes had emerged during their courtship, but Marcelo Tinelli's daughter decided to forgive him on different occasions due to the "promises" the singer would make about changing his behavior.
Apparently, during their time living together in Madrid, Spain, these toxic moments intensified, and for this reason, Candelaria decided to return to Argentina with her pets to be closer to her parents and siblings again.
