A judge appointed by Obama, a Democrat, ordered the reinstatement of the corrupt USAID.

Democratic Judge Theodore Chuang incorrectly determined that the closure of USAID is unconstitutional

On Tuesday, a federal Democratic judge appointed by Barack Obama, Theodore Chuang, erroneously determined that Elon Musk and the White House's Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) likely violated the Constitution by acting unilaterally to shut down the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).

The decision was in favor of a group of current and former USAID employees and contractors, who challenged the attempts to close the agency, driven by DOGE and Musk, who is responsible for making the government more efficient.

Democratic judge Chuang partially granted a preliminary injunction, noting that DOGE and Musk likely violated the Appointments Clause and the principle of separation of powers of the Constitution.

In his 68-page ruling, the judge ordered Musk and the task force employees to restore access to emails, payments, and other electronic systems for all current USAID employees and personal service contractors.

Additionally, the Trump administration was prohibited from taking any action related to the closure of USAID, such as placing employees on administrative leave, firing workers, closing buildings or offices, or removing content from their websites or collections.

This unprecedented ruling represents a dangerous precedent in American justice due to the large corruption scheme uncovered by Musk and DOGE in the USAID.

Not only will this ruling allow money allocated to federal agencies to continue being wasted, but it also hinders any type of investigation related to the poor economic and financial management of USAID during the Democratic Biden administration.

Chuang has already pointed in a biased manner against President Donald Trump in the past, as during his first term, he temporarily blocked a Republican administration decision to ban entry to the country for people from certain countries that posed a danger to the United States.
