La Derecha Diario caught the 'charlatan' Rubí in a top-level restaurant in CABA.
The Spanish advisor was asked by journalist Javier Negre, but he didn't want to answer the questions and ran away
The PRO strategist and advisor to Jorge Macri, Antoni Gutiérrez-Rubí, was caught by the journalist and owner of La Derecha Diario, Javier Negre, outside a top-level restaurant in Buenos Aires, and was asked about the dirty campaign accusations and his legal situation in Argentina, but he didn't want to respond.
Politely, Negre asked him: "How are you handling President Milei's accusations that you ran a dirty campaign against him?" However, the Spanish advisor chose to turn his back and leave the scene.
While trying to escape, Negre added: "You're also in an irregular situation here in Argentina, we're told by Migrations. Antonio, you've run a dirty campaign against Milei, hired by Jorge Macri, can you answer me? Why don't you face it? Why don't you give your version? Why are you in the country?" Again, the journalist from this outlet received no response. Finally, Gutiérrez-Rubí didn't answer any questions and got into a car to leave the place.

Gutiérrez-Rubí's legal situation
On April 11, the National Directorate of Migrations decided to revoke Antoni Gutiérrez-Rubí's residency, who currently serves as a political strategist for PRO in the City of Buenos Aires.
Migrations based its decision on the fact that Gutiérrez-Rubí's temporary residency had expired. When applying for a new authorization, the consultant declared he was working at the National University of Tres de Febrero, but Migrations personnel verified that this information was false.
Thus, after lying in his sworn statement, the Spanish advisor known as "the Catalan," and nicknamed "chantalán" by President Javier Milei, is irregularly in Argentina.

The international left advisor
This Spanish consultant worked in the last presidential campaign alongside Sergio Massa, the defeated candidate of Unión por la Patria in 2023 and the former Minister of Economy who left the country on the brink of the worst crisis in history. He gained prominence when it was discovered that he was the one who created the "fear campaign" used by Massa against Milei.
His advisory history also includes the corrupt former president Cristina Kirchner, who followed his recommendations until her setback in the 2017 primary elections in the province of Buenos Aires.
He also advised Kirchnerist mayors like Fernando Espinoza, from La Matanza, a key district for the PJ in the Buenos Aires suburbs, and Fernando Gray, the communal chief of Esteban Echeverría. During the government of the Frente de Todos in 2019, he attempted to redirect the Kirchnerist management of Alberto Fernández.
Besides having worked with Cristina and Alberto in Argentina, he was also a key figure in the election of the communist Gustavo Petro in Colombia, and he is currently in charge of advising PRO, especially Jorge Macri, in the City of Buenos Aires.
