Elden Ring delays its release on Nintendo Switch 2 until 2026

The Tarnished Edition version of Elden Ring for Nintendo Switch 2 was one of the most highly anticipated projects among fans of the franchise. In response to the wave of criticism, the developers confirmed that the title will not be available until 2026, citing the need to make "performance adjustments" before its final release.

The delay has caused concern among both the game's followers and the industry. Many analysts are questioning whether Nintendo Switch 2 will be able to provide adequate support for demanding titles such as Elden Ring, which has already sold more than 30 million copies on other platforms.
