How much are the increases for commerce employees in 2025?
The new agreement signed by FAECYS with CAC, CAME, and UDECA establishes a 6% increase staggered over six months. It has a 1% monthly increase between July and December 2025.
In addition, there is a fixed monthly amount of $40,000 for all employees under the agreement, also applicable in each of those months.

In those cases, the fixed amount of $40,000 will be proportional to the number of hours worked. In addition, it will be included in the calculation of:

When is the fixed amount added to the salary?
