How much are the increases for commerce employees in 2025?

The new agreement signed by FAECYS with CAC, CAME, and UDECA establishes a 6% increase staggered over six months. It has a 1% monthly increase between July and December 2025.

In addition, there is a fixed monthly amount of $40,000 for all employees under the agreement, also applicable in each of those months.

The increases apply to the June 2025 base salary and are not cumulative:

  • November: 1% + fixed amount $40,000

The fixed amount will be remunerative and will be added to the base salary with the January 2026 pay.

What happens with reduced workdays?

In those cases, the fixed amount of $40,000 will be proportional to the number of hours worked. In addition, it will be included in the calculation of:

  • Annual bonus
  • Vacation
  • Overtime
  • Severance pay

What was agreed in the April collective bargaining?

The new agreement complements the one signed in April. In that agreement, a non-remunerative increase of 5.4% was established on the March 2025 base salaries. It was applied in three installments:

  • April: 1.9%
  • May: 1.8%
  • June: 1.7%
