Camila Mayan decided to expand her professional projects and venture into a different area than she had been accustomed to showing until now. The influencer, who gained public notoriety during her relationship with footballer Alexis Mac Allister and later maintained a strong exposure due to their separation, has now launched her own fitness training program.

While continuing to develop her media facet as a member of Patria y Familia, Mayan partnered with Lucas Ortega to present a GAP proposal, a discipline mainly focused on the work of glutes, abdomen, and legs.

The initiative arose, as she explained herself, after receiving numerous inquiries from her followers about the exercises she regularly performs. However, the announcement did not go unnoticed and quickly generated questions on social media, especially regarding what role Mayan occupies within a program that involves physical activity.

What is the training course launched by Camila Mayan like?

The program was presented through TAF and proposes an eight-week plan. It includes a total of 24 recorded classes, distributed at a rate of three workouts per week: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

The routines are focused on the lower body and include different work instances on glutes, abdomen, and legs. According to the product presentation, the videos include exercises for warm-up, strength, and core, as well as instructions on how to perform each movement.

Those who purchase the program will have unlimited access to the previously recorded material during the established period. The announced price is $35,000 through a single payment, with the possibility of using virtual wallets.

“Lucas and I have been training together for a long time. We launched a training plan today because I was getting a lot of questions about my training routine or what exercises to do,” she explained.

She then detailed the objective of the proposal: “We decided to combine everything into one and create a good training plan for glutes, abs, and legs.”

The launch, however, generated a strong discussion among her followers. Some users focused on the necessary training to design and supervise physical activity routines and questioned what Mayan's specific participation would be compared to Lucas Ortega's role.

Although the influencer regularly shares content related to her own training, she did not publicly state that she holds a title or professional certification related to physical training. For that reason, part of the criticism aimed to differentiate personal training experience from the professional preparation needed to instruct exercises to others.

Among the messages that appeared after the announcement, comments such as “I don't know who buys this” and “I think I've rarely seen someone's dignity fall so much” could be read. Others even mentioned her conflict with Mac Allister again: “She has to pay the lawsuit to the ex that she lost,” wrote a user.
