She not only recognized him from the photo, but was also surprised to see that his description was written entirely in English, which led to all kinds of comments.
Far from being a fake account, Fede's profile is photo-verified, which confirms its authenticity. According to what was said on the show, the host of Resto del Mundo had already explained in previous interviews that he uses the app during his international travels, hence the reason for the language.
