The countdown to meet the winner of Big Brother: Golden Generation has begun. After months of living together, strategies, nominations, and eliminations, Solange Abraham and Gisela “Yipio” Pintos are face to face in the positive vote that will determine who will take the title.
Just hours before the grand final, Ángel de Brito surprised by revealing on LAM (América TV) information he claimed to have received about how the voting is going. The information caught attention because the situation reportedly changed significantly in just one day.
According to the journalist, Sol started the final stretch with a wide lead over Yipio, but that difference is said to have narrowed as the hours passed, reaching a situation of parity.
The votes from Uruguay would have given Yipio a better chance of winning
“Until yesterday, Sol was winning full. Yes. Very comfortably. Far ahead. Unbeatable. Today everything changed,” De Brito stated.
Before sharing the information he had received, De Brito clarified that his personal preference did not necessarily align with the data he was about to reveal.
“Me, who do I want to win? I am leaning towards one of the two participants. But that’s not the information I have. Between Yipio and Sol, I would like Sol to win,” he began.
“I like Sol more as a participant because she caused chaos all the time, she is irritating. Yipio, honestly, is lovely and all, but she doesn’t make me laugh at all. And I don’t like Yipio’s group either,” he explained.

After differentiating his personal opinion from the information he had about the voting, the host shared that Solange was reportedly far ahead of her rival.
The situation, however, is said to have taken a turn in recent hours. “Until yesterday, Sol was winning full. Yes. Very comfortably. Far ahead. Unbeatable. Today everything changed,” he maintained.
Finally, he revealed the information that surprised the rest of the panel: “The people are voting. They still have time until tomorrow when it will be decided. Today the votes are tied.”
The Uruguay factor that could influence the Big Brother final
During the analysis, De Brito also focused on the participation of the Uruguayan public, considering that Yipio is from Uruguay.
“The Uruguayans are voting, deciding on GH and especially on all the reality shows with voting,” he pointed out.
The host also recalled other television experiences where viewers from neighboring countries actively participated in the voting: “This happened a lot in Bailando too. Uruguay voted, Paraguay voted, several countries voted, but they really like to vote in contests.”
In that context, he mentioned that the last two editions of Big Brother had Uruguayan winners, although he clarified that this does not allow attributing those results exclusively to the votes coming from Uruguay.
