Callejero Fino declared after being arrested with a weapon: what he said before the Justice

The singer had been detained a day earlier in Tigre along with his cousin Joel, while they were driving a Volkswagen Amarok without a license plate.

During the operation, officers from the Bonaerense Police found a .40 caliber Glock with the serial number removed.

This Tuesday, reporter Diego Lewen shared on Desayuno Americano (América TV) what both individuals declared.

“Yesterday, at the prosecutor's office, both Callejero Fino and his cousin Joel testified. They both said that the weapon did not belong to them. Callejero Fino stated that the weapon was not his,” Lewen reported.

In this way, Callejero Fino and his cousin distanced themselves from the ownership of the pistol. The investigation will need to determine to whom it belonged and how it ended up in the vehicle.

What does the photo that could complicate Callejero Fino show?

As the case progresses, Carlos Salerno revealed on the show hosted by Pamela David the existence of a photograph linked to the singer.

“I have a bombshell about Callejero Fino. I just received a photo that will complicate Callejero Fino even more,” the panelist anticipated before showing the image.

The photograph shows the singer alongside a man identified on the show as a known member of the Racing Club fan group.

According to the information provided by Salerno, that person had previously given the artist a weapon with characteristics similar to the one seized.

“There is a known member of Racing Club who recently handed Callejero a weapon, a .40 caliber Glock,” he stated.

So far, it has not been judicially determined that the weapon mentioned in relation to the photograph is the same one found in the truck.
