A love story with ups and downs
Fernández and Cervantes met in 2018 in San Martín, Buenos Aires. Their first meeting took place in Mar del Tuyú, where they coincided with their families. At the end of that year, they began their relationship. In an interview with Perros de la Calle, Cervantes recalled that their first date was at a family birthday of Enzo.
Since their teenage years, the couple lived together while the footballer played in River Plate's fifth division. At that time, Valentina worked in a call center in downtown Buenos Aires. In 2020, the couple welcomed their first daughter, Olivia, while living in a small apartment in Urquiza.
