Florencia Peña revealed a disgusting thing she does in her shows: 'I can't hold it back'

Comedian K said that she urinates in a bucket during her theater performances

In a new display of the uninhibited style that defines her, Florencia Peña once again sparked controversy on television. Invited this Saturday to La Noche de Mirtha, the Kirchnerist actress openly confessed to a practice that, far from being amusing, provoked disgust and harsh criticism on social media.

The woman admitted that she urinates in a bucket in the locker room of the theater where she stars in Pretty Woman, a play she has been performing for a month on the iconic Avenida Corrientes alongside Juan Ingaramo.

"I pee in a bucket upstairs because I can't make it downstairs," Peña recounted with laughter, as if it were a charming anecdote. "The other day I was desperate, they had taken it away, and I said: 'the bucket, the bucket!'" she explained to a Mirtha Legrand who, although she laughed for the camera, could not help but point out: "You ruin all the romance!"

Not content with her scatological story, the actress went further: "You drink some water to stay hydrated because we sing a lot, I have many costume changes, and the other day I said: 'oh, oh, where's the bucket?'. They had taken it away. Oh God, I had to hold it!" she said, in a cheerful tone, as if the scene were worthy of applause and not the slightest stage modesty.

Far from showing any regret for her televised confession, Peña concluded: "Now they've brought me a fully customized bucket. Fortunately, my colleague doesn't even notice. He sings a very beautiful song, Libre, and I already know that's my moment to pee."

Apparently, while the audience pays for tickets to see a supposedly glamorous and romantic play, the leading actress takes the opportunity to address physiological needs in a container just a few feet from the stage. All, of course, wrapped in the banner of "love for the theater."

The reaction on social media was swift. On X (formerly Twitter), thousands of users expressed their outrage: "So vulgar, she has no limits," wrote one user.
"How disgusting, and even worse that she tells it so casually!" commented another. "Disgusting and unnecessary. Nothing surprises me about this K activist," said a third, reflecting the sentiment of much of the audience upon hearing her story.
