CanosaGate: Flor de la V defended Tomás Méndez and argued with Florencia Peña
The Canal 9 host supported her colleague, who in recent days showed the complaint made by Viviana Canosa
In the midst of growing media controversy, Florencia de la V defended the infamous Tomás Méndez, who was recently criticized by the Kirchnerist Florencia Peña. The actress from Married with Children expressed her outrage after Méndez mentioned her in relation to a complaint filed by Viviana Canosa about an alleged human trafficking network.
"They mess with things that not only harm me. I have three kids, two in school. I believe there's a limit, man. There's a limit. And journalism is also complicit in this when it doesn't stop the ball", stated Flor Peña on LAM (América TV).
In response to these statements, the Canal 9 host decided to take a few minutes to confront her colleague live. "I understand her anger and I'm sorry that you were only shown a fragment of what our program was yesterday, because I took the time to clarify it and to stop Tomás and say what I believed about this situation", Flor de la V began saying.

"Because I am truly absolutely convinced that neither she nor any of the people involved or mentioned in a complaint, which Viviana Canosa filed in court, and that Tomás Méndez has, are part of it. But it's not something we're saying, it's in court," she continued, relieving herself of the burden of her previous statements.
"I am convinced of the people they are because I know them, I know them and I truly don't believe it, I don't believe it and I say it on camera", she emphasized, confirming that she believes in the innocence of her colleagues in the entertainment world.
She concluded: "But what we also have to say is that Tomás Méndez had access to the complaint that Viviana Canosa filed in court where she names a lot of people known and loved by the public."
Other celebrities who decided to cut all ties with Flor de la V for exposing them publicly by showing the complaint in which they are mentioned were Lizy Tagliani, Elizabeth "La Negra" Vernaci, and Damián Betular.
