This year, 288 people entered the Forbes list

The Forbes 2025 billionaire list has set a new record, surpassing the 3,000-member mark for the first time. With a total of 3,028 people in the ranking, their combined fortunes reach USD 16.1 trillion, a figure only surpassed by the GDP of the United States and China.

In addition to the growth in number, there is an unprecedented concentration of wealth: fifteen people exceed USD 100 billion, and three broke the USD 200 billion barrier.

  • Lyndal Stephens Greth (USD 25.8 billion), daughter of energy magnate Autry Stephens.
  • Sulaiman Al Habib (USD 10.9 billion), founder of a hospital network in Saudi Arabia.
  • Alexandr Wang, co-founder of Scale AI, who achieved the milestone of reaching a billion at 28 years old.

Technology leads the list of new billionaires with 46 names, followed by the financial sector with 41 and health with 40.
