Julieta Ortega's forceful gesture toward Julieta Prandi after the conviction of her ex-husband
The actress decided to share two posts in support of her sister-in-law amid the model's legal battle against her ex
The 19-year prison sentence for Claudio Contardi, ex-husband of Julieta Prandi, for "aggravated sexual abuse with carnal access," continues to generate repercussions in the entertainment world.
In recent hours, Julieta Ortega, who is Prandi's sister-in-law, since the model is in a relationship with Emanuel Ortega, used her social media to express a strong message in support of the host.
"Do false accusations exist? Yes. But the problem of domestic violence is the size of an elephant, and that of false accusations is the size of a flea," Ortega wrote in an Instagram story.

She added: "The fact that on the day a man is convicted of domestic violence people worry about the fleas... gives you something to think about." Her words were interpreted as a gesture of support for Julieta Prandi and a clear stance in the debate on gender-based violence and judicial complaints in the country.
Meanwhile, on the program Mujeres Argentinas (El Trece), details were revealed about Contardi's first hours in prison.
According to the journalist in charge of the coverage, the convicted man spent his first night alone in a cell at the fifth police station in Escobar, visibly affected. "They told me he was in bad shape. He didn't talk to anyone, he didn't say a word," said Gustavo Méndez.

The following morning, Contardi was transferred to the Melchor Romero prison in La Plata, where he will remain while his final location is determined. As panelist Viviana Semienchuk explained, unit 34 of the complex has a special ward for rapists, abusers, and those convicted of sexual offenses, although the final decision on his accommodation is still pending.
Another surprising fact was his request to change legal defense. According to host María Belén Ludueña, the new lawyer in charge of his representation will be Fernando Sicilia.
The ruling that sent him behind bars was described as "unprecedented" by experts, since it sets an important precedent for women who suffer violence in Argentina. Throughout the entire judicial process, Prandi received public support from various figures in entertainment, sports, and politics.
