Franco Mogetta was emphatic: 'The name and the colors are non-negotiable.'

The former national official and libertarian leader stated that the head of the list in Córdoba must be a party 'pure.'

With less than three months to go before the legislative elections, Franco Mogetta made key statements during his visit to Canal 10. The La Libertad Avanza leader set firm conditions regarding the lists. "The name and the colors are non-negotiable," he stated.

The former Secretary of Transportation of the Nation is now positioned as one of the libertarian organizers in Córdoba. According to him, the electoral strategy is not finalized yet.

"Alliances are under discussion, Karina Milei will decide that," Mogetta said. He explained that the organization must follow the logic applied in Buenos Aires. The first candidate, with or without an agreement, must come from the libertarian core.

A clear message: the ballot must be libertarian from start to finish

"There are no decisions yet on how the list will be presented in Córdoba," Mogetta said. However, he clarified that the leadership is not at stake. "The one who leads must be a pure one, someone from within," he insisted.

He emphasized that the ballot must have a clear identity, aligned with the national project. He maintained that the candidates must faithfully represent the ideas of liberty. "The list has to be libertarian from start to finish," he insisted.

The role of Schiaretti and Milei's projection in the province

Regarding a possible electoral contest with Juan Schiaretti, he was direct. "I'd be a foolish braggart if I told you I'd beat him. Milei beats Schiaretti," he stated.

Mogetta made the strength of the presidential leadership clear. For the libertarian, the elections will measure the real support of the people of Córdoba for Javier Milei. It is worth recalling that in the November 2023 runoff, 74.05% of Córdoba voted for Javier Milei over the Kirchnerist Sergio Massa.

About Milei, management, and the cultural battle

During the interview, he also spoke about his time in the national administration. He said he had been "three or four times" with the president. He especially valued his personal treatment: "I was struck by his human warmth."

Mogetta asserted that Milei "is a very motivating leader", with a strong closeness to his team. He vindicated the confrontational style of the administration, and defended the cultural battle he leads.

"The cultural battle is necessary. Afterwards, how it is carried out depends on each person. The president has an energetic style and is a person like any of us," he concluded.
