How the pass works and what to do if it is lost
Upon completing the procedure, a magnetic card is issued that enables free access to the subway. If the holder suffers theft, robbery, or loss, replacement is free of charge, although it must be requested through the authorized channels.
The benefit is valid for five years and has no time restrictions. However, the pass may be lost if the beneficiary exceeds the income limit or changes their address outside of CABA.
