Gabriela Sari addressed the rumors linking her to Facundo Pieres, Zaira Nara's ex-boyfriend, after Yanina Latorre claimed on SQP (América TV) that a budding romance might have started between them.
However, the actress was quick to deny the story and explain what really happened during a night when they both attended a party in Buenos Aires.
During her appearance on the show Pasó en América (América TV), Sari was asked by her colleagues about the rumors that were circulating.
True to her style, she decided to add humor to the situation: "What they said, that we left a party together, is because we have friends in common. Especially one friend, and we go to the same club, Tequila. Maybe we ran into each other there, but with other friends," the actress clarified.
Trying to ease the tension, the show's host, Sabrina Rojas, asked a provocative question: "Do you think he's handsome?" Amid laughter, Gabriela replied: "So... what do you all think, guys, girls? He's good-looking, yes."
When Rojas pressed further with a "Would you go out with him?", the actress was blunt: "I don't know him. To agree to go out, you have to know that person a little, talk, know what they're like, hear their voice..."

In the middle of the exchange, Sabrina recalled that a few weeks earlier, both had been seen at the club Moscú. Without hesitation, Sari once again denied any romantic involvement: "No, no. That night I was with friends. Rulo (Darian Schijman, her ex-partner and father of her daughter) was at a rather controversial table. But you know... nobody talks about that controversy," she commented ironically, hinting at the journalist.
She then detailed how the sequence that fueled the rumors unfolded: "I went to the party because Tomi Muñoz invited me and Puli Demaría was playing. From there, I went to Tequila with friends. I saw him at Tequila, but I left with my friends," she concluded, seeking to definitively close the subject.
The background: Rulo's reaction and Yanina Latorre's comments
Despite the denial, on SQP they continued to analyze the alleged relationship and revealed details about the actress's recent love life. According to Yanina Latorre, Gabriela Sari and Rulo separated just seven months ago, and he might still have hopes for a reconciliation.
"He [Darian] hopes to get back together, but I think his hope is running out. He didn't want this romance to become public, but her friends are delighted with Facundo," Latorre said on air.
Nevertheless, the journalist also downplayed the supposed romance and warned that the polo player might be enjoying a period of complete singleness. "Throughout the year, nothing has been known about her since she separated in February. Still, let's not get too excited: I was told that he [Pieres] is flirting with everyone. He's out of control on Instagram," she remarked, suggesting that the connection between the actress and the athlete might be nothing more than a fleeting flirtation.
