What is María Becerra's health status after the surgical intervention?
The singer remains in intensive care after a delicate surgery
María Becerraremains in intensive care after a delicate procedure. Her progress is favorable, but her family asks for respect and caution while they await her medical discharge.
Concern for the singer's health keeps her fans and the entertainment world on edge. The singer underwent emergency surgery last Wednesday due to an ectopic pregnancy, and since then she has remained in intensive care at the Zabala Clinic, located in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Belgrano. Although her progress is positive, the doctors have not yet discharged her, preferring to keep her under strict observation.

According to journalist Gonzalo Sorbo on América Noticias, the artist "can eat on her own, moves, and is located in a private section of the intensive care area". While he emphasized that "her condition improves day by day," he also warned not to get ahead: "It was a rather complicated procedure."
This is not the first time the Quilmes singer has faced a medical situation of this kind. In the last months of 2024, Becerra had already suffered an ectopic pregnancy, although on that occasion it was not as severe. According to gynecologist Fabiana Taúl, a specialist in menstrual health, "Once an ectopic pregnancy occurs, the chances of it happening again increase."

The singer's family, who requested absolute respect and privacy, clarified that all official information will be disseminated only through María's social media. This was confirmed by her brother in a brief statement, where he also requested "space and prudence in this very delicate moment."
The rumor that Becerra was already in a regular room was denied by Sorbo, who clarified: "She remains in intensive care, not due to severity, but for privacy and security reasons." This version was also supported by journalist Nacho Rodríguez, who from his X account (formerly Twitter) assured that "The latest tests came out well and she could be discharged tomorrow."
Meanwhile, the artist continues to be hospitalized, surrounded by her closest circle. It is expected that in the coming hours there will be official updates regarding her progress and the moment when she can finally return home to continue her recovery.
