An illegal immigrant with a California driver's license caused a fatal accident
Harjinder Singh, an undocumented immigrant from India with a California driver's license, caused the deaths of three people by making an illegal U-turn
An illegal immigrant from India, to whom the state of California granted a commercial transportation license, caused the deaths of three people in an accident by making a prohibited U-turn.
The negligent incident occurred on August 12, just south of the northern boundary of St. Lucie County, in southern Florida. The collision happened when the tractor-trailer driven by the illegal immigrant attempted to make an unauthorized U-turn and crashed into a black Chrysler Town minivan.
The accident resulted in the deaths of the three occupants of the Chrysler: a 30-year-old man, a 37-year-old woman, and a 54-year-old man from Miami. All were residents of the state of Florida.

The killer behind the wheel had entered the United States illegally.
The truck was driven by Harjinder Singh, a 35-year-old Indian citizen who entered the United States illegally by crossing the southern border in 2018. Unfortunately, due to Singh's negligence, the minivan, which was traveling in the inner lane, could not avoid the impact and ended up trapped underneath the left side of the trailer.
"Harjinder Singh, 35, was arrested after the collision near Fort Pierce on August 12, after attempting to turn his truck at an unauthorized location," stated the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles in a statement reporting the accident.
Despite his irregular immigration status, and the fact that he entered the country in violation of the law, the state of California, governed by the ultra-Democrat Gavin Newsom, granted Singh a commercial license to transport heavy loads in California.

Newsom's policies caused the fatal accident.
Newsom was the main promoter of law AB 1766 in September 2022, which allows illegal immigrants to obtain a state driver's license, even if they do not drive. His office had celebrated the passage of this legislation, calling it "a critical step for inclusion and meaningful participation in our communities and economy."
In June, Newsom sued President Trump for having intervened federally and having deployed the National Guard in response to the uncontrolled situation in California, which was experiencing violent protests and looting by groups opposed to the federal government.
Upon learning of the incident, the White House reported that Singh was arrested and faces charges of vehicular homicide carrying a sentence of up to 15 years in prison. Immigration enforcement agencies also issued a detention order against the Indian citizen, which could lead to his deportation once the case is concluded.
