iPhone 17, Apple Watch, and AirPods Pro 3: everything Apple is launching this week
Apple launches iPhone 17, new Apple Watch, and AirPods Pro 3 at its major event on September 9
On Tuesday, September 9, Apple will hold its most important event of the year. As always, expectations are focused on the arrival of the new iPhone 17, although it won't be the only thing the Cupertino company will showcase on stage.
Updates are also expected for the Apple Watch line-up, new AirPods Pro, and the confirmation of the release date for iOS 26 and other operating systems.

The new iPhone 17: four models on the way
Apple will once again introduce four models. The standard iPhone 17 will maintain a design similar to the iPhone 16, with vertically positioned cameras.
The major innovation will be the iPhone 17 Air, a thinner device with a distinctive design, although with reduced specifications. iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max will aim for maximum power and improvements in the camera module. Pro Max will also stand out for offering the longest battery life in history for an iPhone.
Apple Watch: complete renewal
After a 2024 with minor changes, Apple will renew its entire watch line-up. The Apple Watch Series 11 will have few improvements, while the Apple Watch Ultra 3 is expected to arrive with a larger display, 5G, satellite connection, and new health sensors.

There will also be an Apple Watch SE 3, which would adopt a more modern design inspired by Series 7, possibly adding features such as ECG, temperature detection, and sleep apnea detection.
AirPods Pro 3 with health sensors
The new AirPods Pro 3 would include a slimmer case, improved sound, and noise cancellation. In addition, they would integrate health sensors such as body temperature and heart rate. There is even speculation about live translation features.

iOS 26 and release date
Apple will also confirm the arrival of iOS 26 and other operating systems. According to Bloomberg, everything indicates that they will be available starting Monday, September 15, just a few days after the event.
