The Israel Defense Forces expanded their military operations in southern Lebanon with the deployment of troops in the Mount Dov area, while attacks on Hezbollah positions continue and the evacuation order is maintained for civilians in areas close to the border.
The Israeli army reported that units of the Mountain Brigade (810), under the command of Division 210, are operating in different locations in the sector. The objective is to detect and destroy terrorist infrastructure used by Hezbollah and to reinforce the line of defense that protects Israeli communities in the north
.The Israeli government maintains that these actions seek to prevent the Lebanese armed group from continuing to reinforce its military presence near the border.
Strikes against Hezbollah's infrastructure
In parallel with the ground deployment, Israel intensified its air strikes against
targets linked to Hezbollah.According to military authorities, around 80 targets were attacked in the last 24 hours, including command centers used by the terrorist organization in Beirut and other strategic areas of the country.

The operations are part of a larger campaign aimed at weakening the military capabilities of the Iranian-backed group, which in recent days has increased its attacks on
Israeli territory. In addition, a drone operation eliminated Wassim Atallah al-Ali, a senior leader of Hamas, in an apartment located in Beddawi, near the city of Tripoli, in northern Lebanon.
Israel maintains that the presence of leaders of terrorist organizations in Lebanese territory demonstrates the degree of coordination between different armed groups operating in the region.
Evacuation order in southern Lebanon In the
midst of the offensive, the Israeli army renewed its warning for civilians to leave large areas of southern
Lebanon. The Arabic-language spokesman for the Israel Defense Forces, Avichay Adraee, asked residents to move north of the Litani River, in order to avoid being trapped in areas where fighting continues.
