Amid the adoption process being carried out by Lizy Tagliani and her partner Sebastián Nebot, a legal complaint raised doubts about the continuation of the procedure. The news emerged after the media controversy involving Viviana Canosa, who publicly accused the host of La Peña de Morfi. However, Tagliani's lawyer was categorical in reassuring that the adoption is proceeding normally despite the current media situation.
Lino Cardozo, the comedian's legal defender, made statements on the program Intrusos (América TV), where he denied that the process was in danger for any reason. "I just left an oral trial in Mercedes. I spoke on the phone with the lawyer handling that procedure, and she told me there's no news after yesterday's hearing, that everything is on track", he explained.
The lawyer also emphasized the importance of maintaining privacy in these types of processes, especially considering that a minor is involved. "We must continue handling this with the discretion the case requires", Cardozo insisted.
Journalist Rodrigo Lussich went straight to the point many viewers were wondering: "Isn't that adoption in danger? Because it was reported that when there's a complaint, you have to wait for it to be solved to move forward, as if the process is put on hold." In response, Cardozo was emphatic and replied: "No. It continues its normal process. There was a hearing yesterday, and now the final part of the evidence will proceed. When it ends, a sentence will be issued."
Although he clarified that he is not the one directly handling Lizy's adoption file, the lawyer assured that he is in constant communication with the professional who is, to stay informed. "I just spoke with the doctor, and she told me everything is fine, absolutely normal. There's nothing that could alter the state of the file", he concluded.
With these statements, the doubt about whether Canosa's complaint could halt Lizy Tagliani's dream of forming a family with Nebot is cleared. For now, everything indicates that the process continues in the expected time and manner.
