Jesús María prepares its Rural Expo: record number of exhibitors and a wide variety of activities
Malabrigo will have sold-out stands, an extensive program, and activities from September 5 to 7
The Rural Society of Jesús María has confirmed that the Rural Expo will take place from September 5 to 7 at the Malabrigo grounds. The organizers announced that all exhibition spaces have been sold out, leaving several companies out due to lack of space. The increase in demand reflects the strength of the agricultural event and the attraction it generates among exhibitors and specialized audiences.
The venue added two additional hectares (4.94 acres) this year, now reaching 24 hectares (59.3 acres) dedicated to stands and outdoor activities. The number of restrooms was doubled, hydration points were reinforced, and security was increased to ensure a comfortable experience for attendees. In addition, large-scale machinery arrived, which required reconfiguring certain areas and opening new exhibition spaces for heavy equipment.
The fair will include exhibitions, food courts, an educational farm, and classic car and motorcycle displays that complete the offering. The main event is scheduled for Saturday the 7th at one in the afternoon, and the organizers reported the possible presence of the provincial governor. Interested parties can purchase advance tickets at the office for $6,000 or at the box office during the event for $10,000 for Saturday and Sunday.

Judging, auctions, and activities for all audiences
In the livestock section, more than four hundred breeding animals, including cattle and sheep, have been registered, a figure that promises intense judging sessions. Cattle admissions will begin on Thursday, the main judging will take place on Friday, and the category awards will be presented starting at 7:00 p.m. The breeding animal auctions will return to a two-day format, with scheduled offerings for breeders and buyers between Saturday and Sunday.
The Expo will debut the "Member's Area" with tastings and special access to the awards ceremony for members of the rural entity. Friday will be school day, with more than 3,500 students registered to introduce young people to agricultural activities and the rural environment. The program also includes a Peruvian horse exhibition, drone demonstrations, a Ford track, and a wide fair of crafts and gastronomy.
