Johnny Depp returns with a dark graphic novel alongside Ridley Scott
Johnny Depp and Ridley Scott release an unfiltered version of Mr. Hyde: darker, more graphic, and more disturbing than ever
Johnny Depp returns to the creative scene with a horror story as dark as it is unexpected.
Alongside Ridley Scott, he is releasing a graphic novel that reimagines the monstrous Mr. Hyde like never before.

An unexpected duo betting on the macabre
Johnny Depp, a film icon, and Ridley Scott, director of classics such as Alien and Blade Runner, have joined forces to create Hyde, a new intellectual property that begins as a graphic novel.
The project originates from the production company Mechanical Cake, where both artists are co-producers and co-owners.
What would happen if Hyde won for good?
The story starts from a disturbing premise: Hyde not only takes control, but completely eliminates Jekyll.

From the depths of London, the new Hyde experiments with a serum that generates his own lineage of horrors.
A creature without dualities, completely unleashed
In this version, Hyde neither hesitates nor struggles with himself: he fully surrenders to chaos and corruption. The narrative proposes a brutal exploration of human darkness, with no filters or possible redemption.

The work will be published in two volumes of more than 200 pages each, divided into four chapters. Depp not only lends his name: he is also behind the narrative and conceptual design of the character.
Depp thanked Ridley Scott's trust
"It's madness and a wonder to receive that trust from Ridley. A master", Depp said, visibly moved.
He also said he felt "surprised and grateful" for the creative freedom he was given.
