YPF closed a commercial alliance with PedidosYa to significantly expand the presence of its Full stores within the delivery channel. The agreement contemplates that the products of the oil company's chain will be sold exclusively through the application and aims to bring the proposal to consumers across the country.
Currently, more than 60 Full stores distributed across 14 provinces are already operating within PedidosYa, with a notable presence in cities such as Bahía Blanca, Bariloche, Comodoro Rivadavia, Rafaela, and Pinamar.

The new phase of the agreement aims to multiply that coverage. According to the companies, the goal is to reach more than 600 active Full branches within the platform before the end of the year, which would mean a tenfold increase in the brand's current presence within the application.
“The Full stores are a reflection of who we are as a company. We believe that quality, experience, and closeness to the customer are fundamental, and this alliance will allow us to bring that proposal to millions of people in a simpler, faster, and more convenient way,” said YPF's president and CEO, Horacio Marín.
Both CEOs signed the agreement this Tuesday, August 18.
For his part, the CEO of PedidosYa, Esteban Gutiérrez, stated that the agreement with the oil company strengthens the federal strategy of the platform and will allow the service to extend to new locations.
The alliance combines YPF's extensive physical store network with PedidosYa's technological, logistical, and distribution infrastructure, allowing Full products to be purchased without the need to visit a service station.
YPF deepens the transformation of its business
The agreement with PedidosYa adds to a series of initiatives through which YPF has been expanding its operations beyond the traditional fuel business, incorporating new financial tools, services, gastronomy, and technology.
YPF enabled the buying and selling of shares from its own app
This Tuesday, the oil company also enabled the buying and selling of its own shares directly from its application, a functionality developed together with Santander that allows operations to be conducted during market hours. The tool was incorporated after the 10-to-1 stock split carried out by YPF and is part of the company's strategy to facilitate access for small investors to the capital market.
In June, YPF also closed a strategic alliance with Arcos Dorados, operator of McDonald's in Argentina, to install chain restaurants within service stations through various formats, including independent locations, integrated spaces, and alternatives with AutoMac or Drive Thru.

The company has also advanced in recent months with new station formats, such as YPF Black, aimed at the premium segment, and RefiPlus, designed for lower-demand markets and smaller operational structures.
The massive incorporation of Full into PedidosYa thus fits within a broader strategy of modernization for the company, which seeks to leverage YPF's extensive territorial presence to add new services and turn its stations into spaces for mobility, consumption, and comprehensive solutions for its customers.
