Jorge Rial surprised everyone by sharing details about how the voting process worked in Big Brother during his time as the host of the reality. Amid the criticisms facing the current edition, the journalist explained what decisions the production team made when an important participant was at risk of being eliminated.
The confession took place on Revueltos, the streaming show he shares with Viviana Canosa on Carnaval Stream. There, he stated that the voting could be influenced by the duration of the public participation process.

During the conversation, Jorge Rial claimed that there were mechanisms to influence the outcome of eliminations without altering the votes cast by the audience.
"Everything is manipulated", the host asserted before explaining how they operated during elimination galas when a participant deemed important for the show could leave the house.
"I'm going to tell you how we did it. How I did it", Rial expressed while addressing the topic.

According to the journalist, the production closely monitored the television performance of each participant and assessed who contributed more content to the reality show. "As production, you know who performs well and who doesn't", he pointed out.
