Ángel de Brito surprised everyone by revealing live on air that one of his panelists was experiencing a virtual theft.
It was an attack on her cards, which forced her to leave the air on LAM for several minutes. When she returned, she shared how much money had been stolen from her.
What happened to Juli Argenta on LAM?
Everything happened when Luciana Elbusto was about to launch one of her classic enigmas. At that moment, the host interrupted to deliver unexpected news.
"I'll clarify that Juli stepped out for a moment because she discovered someone was stealing from her credit card. She got terribly scared and had to go out and talk," explained Ángel de Brito.

Minutes later, Juli Argenta returned to the studio and provided details about the theft. "It was a big hit in a children's clothing purchase," she said, resigned.

According to her account, they spent around one million pesos (2,205 pounds) in a single purchase. Everything suggests it was done with a photo of her card.
They also attempted another purchase
In addition to the main expense, they tried to make another transaction. "They wanted to buy a pressure washer through a virtual wallet," she commented.
Fortunately, she reacted in time. "I canceled it right there. I've already requested the card cancellation and now I'll call when I leave," she explained live.
How did she realize the theft?
Argenta explained that she has an alert system that notifies her every time a purchase is made with her cards.
Thanks to that, she was able to stop the crime before more transactions were made. For now, only those two operations have been confirmed.
