In a relaxed and entertaining meeting, Julián Álvarez shared an interview with Agustín Creevy, a historic member of Los Pumas, a personal friend of the player, and now a content creator on YouTube. The Argentine footballer, who is preparing to face new challenges with Atlético Madrid, not only spoke about his current sporting situation but also about his personal life and the imminent arrival of his first child with his partner Emilia Ferrero.

Creevy visited the world champion at his home and recorded an extensive video of almost an hour, in which both of them reviewed topics related to football, daily routines, and even anecdotes from their personal relationship, since they maintain a close friendship and even spent vacations together in 2025.

One of the most laid-back moments was related to the striker's diet. His cook revealed that, despite maintaining a healthy diet, he also allows himself an occasional treat: "He had three milanesas as a reward last night (after the hat-trick against Rayo Vallecano)." Amid laughter, Julián added: "Three goals, three milanesas."

The world champion also dared to describe how his days go by in Madrid: "I get up at 9, I have to be there at 10 (at the club) and we start training at 11. I have breakfast there, we drink some mate with the guys. Depending on the day, the training changes. Since we play every three days, we don't do much. The match would be the intense training. If we have a long week, they might add some physical work, gym, or power training."

The interview, which included room for jokes and challenges, also left some unique moments, such as when the striker confessed his unexpected enthusiasm for the soap opera "Café con aroma de mujer" or when he had to fulfill a dare by eating spicy sauce after refusing to choose who was the best coach of his career.

In football terms, Álvarez was clear about his winning mentality: "I got used to winning, so to speak. Nobody likes to lose and I want to keep that going, keep growing personally. Now that I've been here for just over a year, I want to win titles."

With his characteristic smile, Julián concluded the meeting by highlighting what motivated him to join Atlético Madrid: "I came because I considered it a personal challenge. I needed a space that would allow me to grow, to try to find my best version. Now I want to stay at this club and win titles."
