The Justice Department archived the case due to lack of evidence of a crime that had been initiated by the far-left deputy and LGBT activist Esteban Paulón against Daniel Parisini, known as “El Gordo Dan”, the host of the streaming program La Misa, Pablo Pazos, known on social media as “Pablo Abrazo”, and independent journalist Mariano Pérez.
The case was initiated following an unusual complaint filed by Paulón against the aforementioned citizens, after criticisms made on the streaming program Carajo.
The Prosecutor's decision established that in Argentina, political criticism directed at a deputy constitutes a fundamental right related to freedom of expression, and that it is not possible to condemn citizens for expressing themselves freely.

The case had generated controversy on social media due to Paulón's dark accusation and the worrying positions that the leftist legislator holds regarding issues related to children, the promotion of gender ideology, and the sexuality of minors.
Parisini, Pazos, and Pérez had expressed criticisms towards the deputy during their programs, which angered Paulón and motivated his ridiculous complaint to try to censor them.
Criticism Against Paulón
The positions of the LGBT activist deputy generate strong rejection in society, where many people question his promotion of mutilations and irreversible practices on children and adolescents.
In this context, publications from the legislator himself went viral, in which he supports initiatives related to hormone treatments and other medical procedures, presented under the title of “trans childhoods” that generate serious long-term consequences on the health of minors.
Paulón himself publicly defends these policies, advocating for their legalization and funding through the State and taxpayers' money.

Among his publications, the deputy had shared images and messages related to minors who underwent “gender change” treatments or participated in activities promoted by organizations aligned with trans activism.
In one of those posts, Paulón expressed his support for these initiatives with a reprehensible message. “This is why we work every day, for happy trans childhoods free from discrimination,” he wrote alongside an image of a minor whom he assisted in changing her ID, despite her father's refusal.
Another post dates back to February 2024, when the legislator celebrated the holding of the “5th trans boys camp,” a space where children and adults coexist in events organized under an ideological banner that even questions the biological foundations of sexuality.
These publications, along with his dangerous initiatives and the fact that he continuously interferes with the sexuality of minors, led many people to accuse the far-left deputy of "pedophilia."
The archiving of the case due to lack of evidence of a crime marks the closure of Paulón's complaint against the three citizens mentioned earlier, and the Prosecutor's Office established that politically questioning a deputy is part of a fundamental right.
