The judiciary rejected a new attempt by Juan Grabois to halt the investigation against him this Friday. The Kirchnerist leader, candidate for national deputy for Fuerza Patria, received another judicial setback in the case investigating his role in the violent takeover of the Juan Domingo Perón Institute, where he is charged with incitement and usurpation.
The ruling, which declared inadmissible the extraordinary appeal filed by his defense, confirms the decision of Judge Sebastián Ramos and the Federal Court of Appeals, who had already rejected the nullity requested by the Marxist activist. According to the court, there was no arbitrariness or procedural defect, so the investigation can continue as normal.

The case originated after the illegal occupation of the Juan Domingo Perón Institute, which took place in June 2025, when Grabois, together with activists from his "Patria Grande" movement, led the violent intrusion into the building located in downtown Buenos Aires. The demonstrators broke locks, forced entry, and demanded control of the facilities. The Kirchnerist leader was arrested by the Federal Police and later charged with usurpation, property damage, and resisting authority.
The Minister of Human Capital, Sandra Pettovello, who acts as plaintiff in the case, demands the unlocking of Grabois's cell phone to determine whether, as he claims, he participated in the takeover as a defense attorney or, on the contrary, instigated and coordinated the illegal occupation. The forensic analysis of the phone could be key to proving his direct responsibility.
