The information was confirmed by the Minister of National Security, Patricia Bullrich, through her social media accounts.
The incident took place last Monday, June 16, in the afternoon, when a group of at least six people threw bags containing animal excrement in front of the legislator's residence and left a sign with an intimidating message. The attack was recorded by the location's security cameras.
Who is the detained official
The detainee was identified as Alexia Abaigar, director of Awareness and Rights Promotion of the provincial Ministry. The area she led is responsible for rights promotion programs with a gender and sexual diversity perspective, according to the agency's own website.

On social media, Abaigar presents herself as a graduate in Communication and a yoga instructor. Before her current position, she served as cabinet advisor and director of inter-institutional coordination in the same ministry.
How the attack on Espert's house happened
The incident occurred around 7:00 p.m. A white van stopped in front of the residence and several people got out to unload bags of waste, which were scattered on the sidewalk and the main entrance. Alongside the organic remains, they placed a sign with the phrase: "Here lives Espert's s***".
The deputy shared images of the attack through his X (formerly Twitter) account, and directly linked it to Kirchnerist activism. "This just happened at my house. An example of what Kirchnerism is," he wrote.
Reactions from the Government and Espert himself

Minister Bullrich publicly denounced the incident and confirmed that work is already underway to arrest a second person involved. Meanwhile, President Javier Milei also reacted on social media with a brief message: "WE WILL NOT BE INTIMIDATED. THE COURSE IS NOT NEGOTIABLE."
In television statements, Espert recounted that his wife witnessed the attack in real time thanks to the security cameras, and stated that the group carried out prior intelligence work: "They waited for the doorman to leave in order to carry out the attack."
The legislator reported that it was an organized and premeditated act, and requested that the judicial investigation proceed quickly. He also blamed Kirchnerism for this type of intimidating action, which he described as part of a long list of attacks he has suffered for years.
