Kirchnerist journalist Ernesto Tenembaum confessed to being 'the grandson of cousins.'

The ultra-Kirchnerist journalist Ernesto Tenembaum once again sparked controversy after an unexpected on-air confession, in which he stated that he is "the grandson of cousins."

"Don't laugh at me. I'm the grandson of cousins, but grandson, that's my father's problem," he said unexpectedly during a program on the Radio con Vos station.

Although he tried to downplay the comment with humor, his words did not go unnoticed on social media, where the clip quickly went viral and old controversies in which he is the protagonist were reignited. "Now everything makes sense," users on X stated.

The recent confession triggered a strong domino effect, reviving an even more controversial episode: Tenembaum's own statements about child pornography.

In a 2016 radio broadcast, the journalist asked on air: "What's the problem with having child pornography? I think it's a horrifying fantasy, but I don't know what the crime is."

Although he later tried to justify his statements, the abhorrent remark caused massive outrage, both in public opinion and in the political sphere.

The controversy with Mengolini

The journalist's recent confession comes in the context of a larger controversy involving another Kirchnerist journalist, Julia Mengolini.

Mengolini faces harsh accusations on social media, where she is accused of allegedly having an incestuous relationship with her brother. In response, the Kirchnerist journalist portrayed herself as a victim of "attacks" and claimed that it is a campaign against her.

However, while today she complains about these "lies," during the 2023 presidential campaign she did the same. "He's a man who lives with eight dogs and is in love with his sister," Mengolini said at the time, inventing the false story that President Javier Milei had a relationship with his sister.

She added, while laughing: "I gave a description, I didn't make a value judgment. He lives with eight dogs and he himself says he's in love with his sister."

Far from apologizing, Mengolini continued with her lies: "He's in love with his sister and that's not right," she added, before mentioning her anthropology studies at UBA.

Some time after Mengolini reported that she is the target of a campaign accusing her of having an incestuous relationship with her brother, President Milei reacted by sharing several posts on the subject.

Among the phrases he shared on X were: "How they cry when payback comes," "If you like peaches, deal with the fuzz," and "Serves you right, Mengolini."
