However, not everyone left with the same smile: Lamine Yamal, who once again won the Kopa Trophy for the world's best Under-21 footballer, had to settle for second place in the main award's voting.

Far from appearing frustrated, the young Spanish star reacted with grace on his social media and congratulated the French forward. "God's plan is perfect, you have to climb to reach the top. Happy for the Kopa Trophy x2 and congratulations to @o.dembele7 for the award and the great season," Yamal wrote on Instagram, alongside several images from the gala in the French capital.

The message had an immediate impact: in just over an hour, it surpassed one million "likes", with comments from teammates such as Marc Casadó, Fermín López, and Alejandro Balde. At the same time, some users took it as material for mockery on social media.

Yamal's father's reaction

After the ceremony, Mounir Nasraoui, father of the Barça gem, spoke firmly in the theater's mixed zone. "Greetings to all of Spain. Next year is ours. Let's go, let's go," he declared confidently. However, his statements did not end there and became more intense.

"I think it's the biggest, I'm not going to say robbery, but it is a moral blow to a human being," he said in an interview with El Chiringuito. He finished with a forceful phrase: "Lamine Yamal is the best player in the world by a wide margin. I'm not saying it because he's my son, but because he has no rivals at his level. Lamine is Lamine. Something very strange has happened here. Next year, the Ballon d'Or will be Spanish."
