If this data is confirmed, it would imply a participation rate notably lower than the district's historical average. As a point of comparison, in the 2021 local elections, turnout reached 73.4%.

The Minister of National Security, Patricia Bullrich, cast her vote this Sunday in the legislative elections of the City of Buenos Aires, where she expressed her support for Manuel Adorni, the candidate of Javier Milei. The official arrived at the voting center after 2:00 PM and, in a relaxed gesture, brought pastries for the polling station officials.
After voting, Bullrich supported President Milei and criticized Mauricio Macri for the complaint filed by PRO following the release of a video caused with Artificial Intelligence, in which an image of the former president showed him announcing that Silvia Lospennato was withdrawing her candidacy as a legislator in the City of Buenos Aires.
“The conference Macri held today seemed to me to be from a person with very little character because he can't say, after the official campaign he conducted, that a completely wild video, which isn't from La Libertad Avanza, should be criticized. It's another matter who spreads it; the important thing is that it's not official,” she added.

“The electoral day is proceeding with complete normality throughout the entire CABA. By midday, participation is more than 20% of the voters on the electoral roll,” reported the spokesperson for the City’s Electoral Management Institute (IGE) minutes before 1:00 PM, in a new official report on the development of the 2025 legislative elections.
Regarding the electronic voting system, the organization confirmed that it is functioning correctly and “without requiring connection to the electrical grid.” Additionally, the spokesperson invited the public to come and vote during the rest of the day and reminded that “voting is a civic duty.”

PRESIDENT JAVIER MILEI VOTES
President Javier Milei arrived at his voting center at the UTN headquarters in the Almagro neighborhood. Upon entering the establishment, the head of state briefly spoke to the press.

THE CANDIDATES WHO VOTED
In the context of the elections to renew the Legislature of the City of Buenos Aires, several leaders and candidates have already cast their votes during Sunday's session. Meanwhile, the Kirchnerist candidate Juan Manuel Abal Medina, a leader of the Evita Movement, and Ramiro Marra have also done so. President Javier Milei and his candidate, Manuel Adorni, are expected to vote in the next few minutes.
10:18
The failed candidate and former Buenos Aires City Mayor Horacio Rodríguez Larreta experienced delays when voting upon arriving at the Law School, his voting center, and had to wait until the machine was ready to cast his vote.
"It's unacceptable to wait an hour and a half for the table to open… Those who left are right, it's disrespectful, I waited, it's cold too," the alleged earthling criticized.
