The trial for the death of Diego Maradona continues to progress, and this Tuesday it was the turn for new key statements. The owner of the house where Maradona lived his last days, Santiago Giorello, was one of those who provided his testimony.
Additionally, Andrea Flavia Penelope Jordan, the real estate agent in charge of managing the rental in the San Andrés de Tigre country club, where the Argentine soccer star spent his last days, also appeared. Both testimonies provided important information to clarify the context of his arrival at the property and the last negotiations before the tragic outcome.

The real estate agent's testimony
Andrea Flavia Penelope Jordan, from Jordan Camus real estate, detailed how the house rental process was. In a previous statement, she explained that she had worked with Maradona in choosing the property.
Jordan recalled that the player had a limited budget for his rental, of around U$S 20,000 for a two-month period. Additionally, she highlighted that Maradona's daughters, especially Giannina Maradona, actively participated in the selection of the house.
The house selection process
The house in the San Andrés country club was chosen after several video calls, in which the property's features were detailed. The rental was confirmed shortly after, and the contract was signed for a value of U$S 16,000 for the period between November and January. However, Maradona had expressed his desire to stay there only until the end of January, possibly to be closer to his family.
