Máximo Kirchner is preparing a 'revenge plan' against judges and journalists
The leader of La Cámpora seeks to attack the supposed 'culprits' who caused the corrupt former president to be imprisoned
Deputy Máximo Kirchner is determined to launch a "revenge plan" against judges, prosecutors, and journalists, whom he directly blames for the final conviction imposed on his mother, the corrupt former president Cristina Fernández de Kirchner.
The confirmation of the six-year prison sentence (six years) for corruption and the perpetual disqualification from holding public office against Cristina not only had a political impact on Peronism, but also triggered a violent reaction within its most radical core.
According to various sources, the national deputy and leader of La Cámpora is exploding with anger and threatens in private: “We're going to take revenge on each and every one of those who put my mother in prison.”

In addition, several Kirchnerist leaders told journalists: "Stop messing around, guys. There will be payback for this," in a clear threat.
Far from adopting an institutional stance in response to a judicial sentence issued by Federal Oral Court No. 2 and upheld by higher courts, Kirchnerism appears to be opting for an escalation of anti-democratic violence.
The week following the conviction, threats, attacks, and intimidating acts directed at members of the Judiciary and journalists from various media outlets multiplied. What began as a show of support turned into a tense atmosphere, with clear signs that the goal is not justice, but revenge.
Kirchnerism's attacks
In one of the most reprehensible incidents, violent hooded individuals belonging to La Cámpora attacked the TN channel building and smashed cars belonging to journalists and guests. Meanwhile, the headquarters of various media outlets were found with graffiti and threats from Kirchnerist activists.

This was compounded by threats on social media, intimidating posters against Supreme Court President Horacio Rosatti, and offensive banners near sensitive locations, such as the kindergarten attended by the grandson of appellate judge Carlos Mahiques. Libertarian deputy José Luis Espert was also targeted, as his home was attacked by a K group in a clear mafia-style message.
Behind this offensive is the same sector that for years benefited from the impunity offered by power. Now, cornered by judicial rulings, they seek to destroy the Republic and the democratic system through intimidation and pressure in the streets.
The goal of the campaign, according to those close to the matter, is not only to stir up the activists. Máximo Kirchner intends to "discipline" judges and prosecutors, and to reestablish the narrative of an alleged "political persecution" in order to victimize his corrupt mother.
Kirchnerism's communications apparatus has also been set in motion, and a "documentary" about Cristina's arrest is being prepared with the aim of attempting to rewrite history through lies and portray the corrupt former president as a victim of "political persecution."
What is clear is that, far from accepting the legality of judicial decisions, Kirchnerism, with Máximo Kirchner at the helm, is launching a strategy of revenge, openly attacking republican democracy.
