Mendoza will celebrate two decades as a member of the international Great Wine Capitals (GWC) network in 2025, the select group that brings together the world's most prestigious wine regions. Within this framework, the province has once again positioned itself among the most outstanding global wine tourism destinations, reaffirming its leadership and its ability to generate excellent experiences.
After the presentation of the International Gold Awards, the next stage is the open voting for the global public: the People’s Choice Awards, where anyone can choose their favorite projects. This recognition rewards innovation, quality, and the identity of experiences related to wine tourism.
“Mendoza has been part of Great Wine Capitals for two decades, and this presence positions us among the most prestigious wine tourism destinations in the world. These international recognitions reflect the quality, diversity, and enormous work of Mendoza's tourism and wine sector. I invite you to support our nominees by voting,” emphasized Gabriela Testa, president of the Mendoza Tourism Board (Emetur).
Open voting: how to participate
Voting can be done online between November 24 and December 8 through the official Great Wine Capitals website. Each vote helps boost Mendoza's international visibility and its wine tourism experiences, which combine tradition, innovation, and a strong cultural identity.
The Mendoza nominees are part of a diverse list that faithfully represents the spirit of the province: creativity, quality of service, environmental commitment, and a deep connection with the land and wine.
