Metaphor: ReFantazio leads the excitement for Game Pass's new releases
Xbox strengthens its catalog with standout and indie releases to close May
Xbox Game Pass continues to establish itself as one of the most relevant platforms in current gaming, thanks to a new wave of releases arriving between the end of May and the beginning of June. Among them, Metaphor: ReFantazio stands out as one of the most anticipated, generating excitement for its narrative proposal and innovative RPG system.
This title, debuting on May 29, presents a fantasy story where players must compete in a tournament to free a cursed prince. The premise, combined with a distinctive artistic design and complex mechanics, positions it as one of the major attractions of the month on Microsoft's subscription service.
Game Pass adds variety for all audiences
Xbox's strategy isn't limited to a single genre. In the last days of May and the beginning of June, Game Pass will incorporate both high-profile titles and independent offerings, ensuring a diversity that aims to attract different types of players.
From May 21, subscribers can enjoy Monster Train 2, a strategy game where battles occur between Heaven and Hell, uniting forces between demons and former angels. On May 22, Creatures of Ava will be added, an adventure centered on empathy, connection with magical creatures, and a vibrant aesthetic.

Other notable titles include Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II and S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl, both available on Game Pass Standard, combining graphic realism with narrative depth.
End of May with key releases
On May 27, Tom Clancy’s The Division 2, a tactical RPG shooter arriving just with the start of its seventh season, will be added, inviting players to save Washington D.C. through teamwork and strategy. The next day, To a T will debut, a game with unconventional mechanics revolving around the character's postural control.
Along with Metaphor: ReFantazio, Spray Paint Simulator will also be released on the 29th, taking users on creative urban art missions. Two different proposals that reflect the breadth of the catalog.

June kicks off with original offerings
Already in June, Game Pass will continue its expansion with two unique titles. On June 3, Crypt Custodian will be added, a metroidvania adventure starring a cat exploring the afterlife. That same day, Symphonia offers a non-violent experience in a ruined musical universe, where a violin will be key to bringing life back to ancient orchestras.
This diverse calendar reaffirms Microsoft's vision of building an inclusive, innovative platform tailored to each player's preferences. With releases for all tastes, Xbox Game Pass is projected as an essential pillar in the competitive subscription market.
