In a political context marked by brutal transparency and rejection of empty forms, President Javier Milei continues to demonstrate his effectiveness as a direct communicator, without duplicity or concessions. Days after a historic five-hour interview, he launched a harsh warning against traditional journalism.

The latest display of his communicational power occurred in a marathon five-hour interview conducted by Alejandro Fantino at Neura Media, the streaming channel that has been consolidating as a central space for Argentine public debate. The meeting, without script or restrictions, broke all molds and reached a peak of 130,000 live viewers on YouTube.

It was not just a conversation, but a conceptual display where Milei once again made clear the economic principles that underpin his reform program: the defense of individual freedom, the spontaneous order of the market, and the frontal fight against inflationary statism. The president reaffirmed his adherence to the Austrian school of economics, especially to Carl Menger, by pointing out that prices "are not determined by entrepreneurs, but by consumers", and that "inflation is always a monetary phenomenon."

"People believe that merchants raise prices just because, but if the consumer doesn't validate that price, that product stays on the shelf and the entrepreneur loses," Milei explained. It is a vision that essentially dismisses the blame narrative toward the private sector and exposes the core of the problem: the overflow of public spending and unsupported issuance, a legacy of the populist model.

But what left the media ecosystem breathless was the scathing tweet that Milei published following accusations after the interview, in which he lashed out against militant journalism, accusing it of systematically distorting his message. Without mincing words, he wrote:

"I had believed that a large part of journalism had reached its maximum expression as lying trash with the treatment of poverty reduction. I was wrong. I fell short. They have outdone themselves by saying that I threatened the countryside and went completely overboard by saying that a tweet celebrating the internalization of Menger's Imputation Principle is comparable to Guillermo Moreno's policy of putting a gun on the table to control prices."

And he concluded: "Ultimately, I believe that people do not hate these hitmen with supposed journalist credentials enough. If they knew them better, they would hate them even more than politicians. CIAO!"
