"The current system is an absolute failure that protects the perpetrators," the legislator stated.
The La Libertad Avanza lawmaker called for unanimous support to lower the age of criminal responsibility to 13 years. He harshly criticized left-wing sectors and Kirchnerism for systematically opposing the protection of decent people. "It's time for criminals to pay, regardless of how old they are," Bornoroni asserted.
