The psychological impact of confinement, combined with the fear of losing custody of her youngest son, Amadeo, is deeply affecting her emotional stability.
In recent hours, her attorney Martín Leiro confirmed that the young woman experienced a severe nervous breakdown that required her to be assisted inside the prison.
A pesar de la mala relación, Jorge Rial sería el único que sigue día a día su caso
"Morena is expecting the worst. I didn't see her well. She isn't well," the attorney stated on DDM, the program hosted by Mariana Fabbiani on América.
According to his account, the episode was triggered immediately after More had a phone conversation with her father, Jorge Rial.
"When I arrived, Morena was shaken and in tears because she was talking to her father," he explained, revealing the most critical moment of the day.
Morena Rial continúa presa
Given this situation, Leiro reported that he will request a professional evaluation to determine her current condition: "An analysis of her emotional and financial state was requested. The situation is very delicate."
He also recalled that More has been under pretrial detention for only ten days and that she is housed in a private cell within a ward she shares with Florencia Ibáñez, who is accused of the triple homicide in Florencio Varela.
"They are friends, not cellmates. These are two different cases, but both are detained," he clarified.
What More Rial's cell is like in Magdalena and the detail that surprised everyone
A month and a half after her arrival at the prison—where she was transferred after failing to comply with the conditions imposed upon her release for a robbery case in Zona Norte—details have emerged about the space where she is housed.
The information caused strong reactions on social media, where many users expressed their outrage.
According to her attorney, More is in the area known as "los buzones," a section separated from the rest of the inmates.
Her cell has a window, bathroom, concrete bed, fireproof mattress, and blankets. However, one detail drew attention: she still doesn't have access to a cell phone, even though Jorge Rial reportedly brought her one a few days ago.
The inability to communicate fluently with the outside world, according to those closely following the case, deepens her distress and sense of isolation.
